Where Meaning, Mental Health & Spirit can all be Welcome
A grounded, compassionate space for people navigating the tender, complex, and often unspoken parts of being human.
Pam is a counsellor, end-of-life doula, and grief facilitator with a background in nursing, mental health, crisis response, and community wellness.
Her work creates space for people to feel seen, accepted, and supported as they make sense of life’s difficulties and reconnect with their own capacity for healing.
Areas of Exploration
-
Different seasons of life ask for different kinds of support.
You may be moving through grief, anxiety, depression, relationship change, a major transition, spiritual questions, or the tender reality of death and dying. You may simply know that something in your life is asking to be met with more honesty, care, and attention.
However you arrive, the heart of the work is the same: creating a space where you can feel seen, accepted, and safe enough to make sense of what you have lived, deepen trust in yourself, and reconnect with the wisdom, meaning, and possibilities already within you.

Grief changes the shape of things.
It may come through the death of someone you love, the end of a relationship, a diagnosis, a child growing up, a parent aging, a life transition, or the quiet loss of a future you thought you were going to have.
Grief does not always arrive neatly, and it does not always make sense right away. My work is to offer a steady, compassionate space where your grief can be met as it is — not rushed, minimized, or explained away.
Together, we make room for what has been lost, what still remains, and what may slowly begin to take shape from here.

I am especially drawn to supporting women moving through major thresholds.
Women beginning again. Women recovering their voice after cycles of abuse. Women grieving a relationship, a role, a parent, a child, a version of themselves, or the life they thought they were going to have. Women who look capable from the outside but feel tender, tired, angry, uncertain, or quietly lost inside.
This work is a space to come back to yourself.
Slowly, and in your own time. With honesty, one layer at a time — making sense of what has happened, listening for what feels true now, and remembering that you are capable of far more than you may imagine.

Some healing happens one-to-one. Some healing happens in community.
I have always been drawn to creating spaces where people can come together around what is meaningful — mental health, grief, creativity, women’s experiences, death, spirituality, nature, and the honest work of being human.
Groups, gatherings, and retreats offer a different kind of support: the experience of being witnessed, hearing others’ stories, recognizing that we are not alone, and discovering new possibilities through connection.
These offerings may include creative exploration, reflection, conversation, ritual, nature-based work, grief support, women’s circles, or community experiences shaped around a shared theme.
